Our jewels are designed to withstand everyday wear, but like all precious things, they love to be treated with care. To maintain their magic over the years:
- Away from chemicals: Wear your jewelry after applying perfume or creams.
- Storing your jewelry: When you're not wearing them, store them in a dry place away from light to preserve their brilliance.
- Cleaning: A soft, dry cloth is enough to revive their original shine.
- Smart Storage: Store them separately to avoid contact with other metals creating micro-abrasions.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is the complete satisfaction of every customer.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your product, Preziosa will issue a refund for your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with security seals intact, and unworn.
Sale items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be issued after inspection by our team.
To prevent fraud, the refund will be made to the bank account, credit card, or PayPal account used for the purchase.
Return Procedure: The return request must be sent within 14 days of delivery of the order to the following email address: preziose.gioielli99@gmail.com
Items must be repackaged in their original box and include all tags, including the original security seals. Items without these will not be accepted.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll inspect it to ensure the item hasn't been worn. It may take up to 14 business days to process your return and issue your refund.

When will I receive my order?
We'll work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Preziosa Gioielli is committed to doing its best to meet delivery times, which will be indicated when the product is shipped.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You'll always know the shipping cost before completing your purchase.
If the products are to be delivered to a country outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order and reiterated in the order confirmation is considered inclusive of indirect taxes and net of any customs duties and any other sales taxes that the buyer undertakes to pay, if applicable, in addition to the price indicated in the order and confirmed in the order confirmation, as required by the legal provisions of the country to which the products will be delivered.
